Care of DVD

1. To protect the recording surface of the DVD from scratches, fingerprints, dust particles, and smears, never touch the recording surface (The side without the label) or place it face down on a hard surface. Hold the disk by the outer edges or by placing a finger into the center hole.

2. Should the disc become dirty, use only a clean, non-wood product, cloth. Wipe from inside hub to outer edge, not in a circular motion. Use only commercially available DVD/CD cleaners or ethyl alcohol. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, benzene, lacquer thinner, antistatic agents or LP recording cleaning agents as they may damage the recording surface.

3. To prevent warping or accidental damage to the DVD, always place the DVD back into the case provided by Robles Video Productions immediately after use. Do not leave an unprotected disc in direct sunlight or excessively hot and humid environments.

Policy on DVD once you have received

Your DVD's have been checked and were in working condition when they left the Robles Video Productions office. Robles Video Productions defines working condition as a DVD that has all chapters playing with picture and sound. Each DVD has been checked two times to insure proper playback. Even though this has been done, there is still a minuscule possibility of compatibility problems. Robles Video Productions encourages you to check each DVD in your DVD player at home to make sure it works. If after one week, Robles Video Productions has not heard from you about any problems, then we will delete your project. No changes will be made under any circumstance.

Client may submit, in writing or e-mail, any specific editing requests concerning the Event to Robles Video Productions, within one week after the Event. If no written editing requests are made by client, editing of the raw footage is at the sole discretion of Robles Video Productions and no re-editing on the DVD will be negotiated.
